has been fully renovated in 2021.
It includes 3 bedrooms (between 11 and 14 m²), a 30 m² living room,
a 8 m² bathroom and a separated WC.
At the back of the house, you'll find a 24 m² wooden deck with a barbecue.
A wooden swimming pool (6.6 m by 3.5 m) and its wooden deck is waiting for you.
The swimming pool is with salted water and it can be warmed up (optionnal).
You can shelter your bikes in a closed wooden garage next to the house.
There's a cycle path at 200 m from the house. It will lead you to Mimizan bourg shops (about 4km) or to the beach for the bravest (about 10km).
"Le boudoir 40" is located in Aureilhan. Far enough from the main road and the camping fuss, you'll have all the quiet you need to spend great holidays.

It's a fully equipped kitchen with traditional oven, microwave, induction hob, extractor hood, refrigarator, dishwasher, four types of coffee makers (filter, senseo, nespresso and french press), toaster, kettle, all the necessary crockery and cooking tools.

There's a TV corner with two sofas and a bluetooth/USB speaker, perfect to relax with lounge music.
With the WIFI, you'll stay connected to entertain yourself or to work from home.
Wooden deck
Out of sight, you'll enjoy that 24 m² wooden deck to relax and have your meals.
The barbecue is also waiting for you.

The bathroom is equipped with a double sink and a big shower.
You'll also have for use hair drier, washing machine, dryer, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board.

You can store your bikes into the wooden garage next to the house. It also contains foldable crib with a mattress, high chair , drying rack, broom, bucket and mop.

Reservations
I take care of the communication, the web site , the ads and the rental contract.
I'm also the first one you'll have contact with, so i'll be able to answer your questions about the house and around.
I can't be available to welcome you every saturday in the house. It is a trustfull help that will check the house and the cleaning between two rents.
We will probably have the occasion to meet cause i'm taking care of the pool cleaning during your stay.
